Opportunity for you
We are seeking a motivated Intern with a basic understanding of accounting and tax from his/her study in university. This immersive, real-world professional training experience in real workplace is perfect for a driven individual eager to understand the accounting profession. Under the guidance of our mentor/professionals, the Intern will gain hands-on experience of general skills required in a professional firm. This opportunity also provides valuable insights into the Australian tax system, preparation of tax returns.

Day to day work exposure
As an accounting and tax Intern, you will be guided/coached to perform on various tasks with real cases, including:
Assisting in researching tax laws and regulations for real world scenarios.
Utilising modern office Apps and accounting and tax software to entry or generate information as required
Assisting with communication with different government lines.
Exposure and facilitation of ad-hoc administrative tasks in a modern office environment.

Selection Criteria
To be an ideal candidate for the Taxation Internship, you should have high ethical standard, Key qualifications include:
Recent graduate or actively pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree and basic understanding of accounting/tax principles from your academic study.
Strong ethics, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to follow instruction, receptive to feedback, and eager to learn.
Commitment of a minimum of 3 days per week for a three-month term.
Passing a written test and interviews.
