PRIMARY DUTIES
1. To assist in managing the operating costs to achieve optimal level of profitability.
2. Perform operations duties of airlines as assigned.
3. Learn and develop reservation systems of various airlines.
4. Work as a team to handle customer bookings, quotations, tracing, claims.
5. Construct load plans with a view to maximise capacity.
6. Coordinate with ground handling companies to ensure airlines SOP'S are carried out met.
7. Liaise with cargo agents (customers) to ensure timely submission of cargo and correct procedures are followed.
8. Work closely with Management and Sales teams to ensure Customer Service exceeds customer's expectations.
9. Perform some telesales to our established customer base.
10. Preparation of airlines reports - excel skills required.
11. Other duties which may be assigned from time to time to achieve company objectives.

Must be able to work independently, autonomously and be career orientated.

Excel skills are a must, Powerpoint skills an advantage.
Candidates with airline cargo experience will have a distinct advantage.
Position is located at Adelaide International Airport
