PRIMARY DUTIES
• Develop and maintain relationships with cargo agents to increase sales.
• Maintain agent data base and distribution lists.
• Achieve assigned sales target, internal targets or KPIs.
• Maintain & prepare reports supporting sales, airlines and internal use.
• Follow Sales Strategies, Budgeting and execution of plans to generate maximise cargo revenue.
• Work as a team to handle operations, complaints, tracing, and claims per assigned airlines and company standards.
• To perform airlines cargo functions and daily flight planning with a view to maximise cargo capacity.
• To coordinate with the appointed GHA (ground handling company) for all inbound ⁄ export cargo handling,
• loading of ULDs and ensuring airlines requirements are carried out efficiently.
• To liaise with cargo agents to ensure timely lodgement and compliance with airline requirements.
• To work closely with Management, Customer Service and Sales team(s) in the delivery of excellent service standards and build customer support.
• Prepare airlines and internal reports. Excel skills required.
• Other duties which may be assigned from time to time to achieve company objectives.

Must be able to work independently, autonomously and be career orientated.
Excel skills are a must, Powerpoint skills an advantage.
Candidates with airline cargo experience will have a distinct advantage.
Position is located at Adelaide Airport
