ABOUT THE ROLE
1. Management of residential & commercial properties;
2. Liaising with landlords and tenants;
3. Lease preparation;
4. Ingoing/Outgoing/Routine inspections;
5. Managing rent arrears;
6. Dealing with maintenance and repairs;
7. Establish market rental rates.
8. Provide outstanding services

ABOUT YOU
1. Experience as a property manager
2. A current certificate of Registration or License
3. A reliable motor vehicle and current drivers license
4. Understanding of compliance & legislative requirements
5. Ability to work as part of a team
6. Punctual and willing to undertake relevant training
7. Able to work well under stressful situations
8. Excellent verbal & written communication skills (
9. Excellent time management
10. Proficient in programs such as Microsoft Office, property management software (e.g. Property Tree).
11. Looking for long-term stable position
